Michael Rapoza Johansen

It all began in 1994 when Michael joined job corps in Mount Hood Oregon to learn the skill of carpentry, and joined the Union. One of his most memorable projects was the construction of the Rose Garden Arena, where he built concrete forms. Michael moved on to build roofing structures for commercial warehouses, installing vinyl windows and siding for companies such as Pacesetter and Alcoa Siding.

He did not stop there but continued his journey as a plumber apprentice in Austin Texas building apartments and high rises with his father. He continued to work as a plumber throughout Texas, and eventually ended up moving back to the Pacific Northwest.

Over the next decades, Michael remodeled endless amounts of apartments and supervised the renovations of local long-term care facilities in Thurston County as the maintenance director.

Michael has performed construction and remodel work for companies such as Lincoln and Equity Residential Property Management, Lyda Swinerton, Camden, Beaumont College, The Four Seasons, and many more.

Michael takes challenges head on and is a No Nonsense kinda guy.

His integrity is your satisfaction.
